Our take on the Rebel Balance Soft Bouncer

The Rebel Balance Soft Bouncer is a stationary baby bouncer for newborns up to 29 lbs that soothes with a gentle bounce and converts into a child's chair as your baby grows. It has multiple recline positions, a mesh seat with a machine-washable cover, a toy bar, and a two-position safety harness, and it is certified to ASTM F2167 and F2613. It folds flat and is light enough to move between rooms. The best new price is $229.99 at Kohl's as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no cheaper new option to compare against right now.
