Will this fit my camper's door opening?

Only if the opening has a 4-inch corner radius and the wall is 1 1/2 inches thick. Measure the old door's height, width and corner radius before ordering; a different radius means it will not seat.

Does it come with the screen door and lock?

Yes. The screen door with its aluminum frame and the black lock with two keys are included. Hinges and mounting screws are not listed, so reuse or buy them separately.

Is the window glass safety glass?

Yes, it is tempered glass marked AS3, which is the rating used for RV windows and doors. It is stronger than ordinary glass but can still shatter under a hard impact.

Can I replace just the lock later?

The lock is a standard RV entry lock, so a replacement of the same cutout should fit. Check the strike plate and hole spacing on the new lock against the door before buying.

When is the best time to buy?

RV door prices move with shipping cost because of the size and weight. Compare the current price against its recent range on this page and buy when it sits near the low end.

Our take on the RecPro RV Rounded Entry Door with Screen & Lock

The RecPro RV Rounded Entry Door is a replacement entry door for travel trailers and fifth wheels, sold with a screen door and a black powder-coated aluminum lock. It has a 4-inch corner radius, fits 1 1/2-inch walls, and uses fiberglass on both faces with tempered glass in the window. It is a direct-fit replacement rather than an upgrade, so buyers should match the radius and wall thickness to their old door before ordering.
