Are these good cheap reading glasses?

They are a solid budget pick, rated 4.6 out of 5 from 113 ratings. Expect basic acrylic lenses and a plastic frame rather than premium optics.

What strength should I order?

Choose the magnification you need for close work, typically +1.00 to +3.00. If you have not worn readers before, a drugstore test card or an eye exam will tell you the right power.

Will they fit my face?

The frame is about 140mm wide with 53mm lenses and a 13mm bridge, which suits most medium-width adult faces. There is only one width, so wide or narrow faces may find the fit off.

Do they come with a case?

The listing does not state what is included beyond the glasses. Assume no case or cloth unless the seller says otherwise, and budget for a cheap case to protect the lenses.

How do they compare with metal-frame readers?

Plastic with spring hinges is lighter and cheaper but less durable than metal. Metal frames usually cost more and can be adjusted by an optician; these cannot.

When is the best time to buy?

Multi-pack readers are often discounted during back-to-school and holiday sales. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.
