Questions and answers

Is the Ruckpack 30 worth $65?
At $65 it is a fair price for a 30 L pack with a hipbelt, laptop sleeve and raincover. It is not a bargain against its own history, since it sold for $38.13 on October 30, 2026.
Is it a good carry-on bag?
Yes. At 19.5 x 10.5 x 8.5 inches it fits within most major airline carry-on limits, and the clamshell-style opening makes packing easy.

Yes, the padded laptop compartment is sized for 15-inch laptops. Larger 16-inch machines may be tight.
How does it compare with the Ruckpack 40?
The 40 L version adds capacity for longer trips but is heavier and closer to carry-on limits. The 30 L is better for weekends and daily use.
