Is the Reima Tec Winter Overall worth $200?

It is a premium price for a toddler suit, but the 12,000 mm waterproofing, taped seams and breathable shell justify it for daily winter use. If your child is out in snow often, it holds up better than cheaper suits.

What sizes does it come in?

The listed size range is 24-36 months. Check the store listing for the exact size chart before ordering, since toddler sizing varies.

Can the hood be removed?

Yes. The hood is removable, which helps when a helmet is worn for skiing or when the suit is used in milder weather.

How should I wash it?

Wash at 30 or 40 degrees as the care label states, and avoid fabric softener so the water-repellent finish keeps working. Tumble drying on low can help reactivate the finish.

Is it warm enough for skiing?

Yes. The insulating fleece lining, windproof shell and taped seams suit ski days, and foot loops keep snow out of boots.
