Our take on the Reloive 21V Cordless Drill Set 118 Piece Household Tool Kit

The Reloive 21V Cordless Drill Set is a budget drill driver bundled with a 118-piece household tool kit. It pairs a brushless motor and 21V lithium-ion battery with a keyless 0.38-inch chuck and a top speed of 1,600 rpm. The kit is aimed at light home repairs rather than sustained drilling. No current price was supplied, so check the latest best price against its recent range before buying.

Best forFirst-time homeowners who want one box of basic toolsLight assembly and furniture tasksHanging shelves and pictures in drywall or woodOccasional DIY use around the house
Pros
  • Brushless motor should run cooler and last longer than brushed budget drills
  • 21V lithium-ion battery is cordless and rechargeable
  • 118-piece kit covers driving bits, drill bits and hand tools in one purchase
  • Keyless chuck makes bit changes quick
  • 1,600 rpm is adequate for light drilling and driving
Cons
  • 0.38-inch chuck limits you to smaller bits and shanks
  • 1,600 rpm is slower than many corded and premium cordless drills
  • No torque rating published, so hard materials are a gamble
  • Budget bundled kits often have soft bits and thin hand tools
  • Only 7 ratings at 3.6 out of 5, so reliability evidence is thin

Questions and answers

Is the Reloive 21V drill set worth it?
For light household jobs and buyers who want a full starter kit in one box, it can be. If you drill into masonry or use tools daily, spend more on a name-brand drill.
How does it compare with an 18V drill from a major brand?
Major-brand 18V drills usually have higher torque, faster charging and wider bit compatibility. The Reloive offers more pieces for the money but less proven durability.
How long does the battery last?
No runtime figure is published. Expect enough charge for short assembly and hanging tasks, and plan to recharge between bigger jobs.
What size bits does the chuck take?
The 0.38-inch keyless chuck accepts bits up to about 3/8 inch shank. Larger drill bits and hex-shank accessories beyond that will not fit.
What is in the box?
The set includes the drill driver, a 21V lithium-ion battery, a charger and the 118-piece tool and bit kit. Confirm the exact piece list with the seller before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
No price was provided, so no date can be given. Watch its price history around sales events and compare across stores before buying.
