For floor protection and grip under a hot tub, yes. It is a thin pad, so do not expect insulation or much cushioning at this price.

Will it fit my hot tub?

It is 77.2 inches square, so it suits square 4-6 person tubs. Under a round tub, expect the corners to show.

Does it insulate the tub?

Barely. At 1/5 inch, EVA foam adds little thermal value. Use a rigid base or insulation board if heat loss through the floor is your concern.

Can it be used outside a hot tub?

Yes. RELXTIME lists it for small pools and yoga mats too, and the waterproof foam handles wet ground.

Wipe it with a damp cloth or hose it off. Avoid harsh solvents that can break down EVA foam.
