Is the RESPAWN 205 worth it?

It is a reasonable pick if you want a reclining, swiveling gaming chair with a breathable mesh back and do not want to pay leather-chair prices. Expect budget-level padding and basic armrests.

How does the RESPAWN 205 compare with the RESPAWN 110?

The 205 uses a mesh back, while the 110 is the leather-look racing chair. Choose the 205 if you run hot or sit for long sessions; choose the 110 if you want more padding.

Will the RESPAWN 205 fit me?

The seat is 20.5 in wide and 20.5 in deep, with a 30.75 in back and a 275.6 lb limit. It suits average-size adults; taller or heavier users should look at an oversized chair.

Does the RESPAWN 205 recline?

Yes. It reclines and swivels, so you can lean back for console play and turn away from the desk.

The chair ships unassembled with its base, casters, gas lift, seat, back and hardware. Tools and instructions are included; assembly takes about 30 to 45 minutes.

When is the RESPAWN 205 cheapest?

Budget gaming chairs tend to dip during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Check the price history before buying.

The RESPAWN 205 is a budget racing-style gaming chair with a mesh back, a reclining and swiveling seat, and a 275.6 lb weight limit. Its 20.5-inch seat and 30.75-inch back make it a mid-size chair rather than an oversized one. The mesh back is the main difference from the usual PU-leather bucket seats at this price. It ships unassembled and weighs 53 lb built.
