Does the Rexing C4 record all four channels at once?

Yes. It records front, rear, cabin and one extra angle simultaneously at 1080p each.

Is 1080p enough for reading license plates?

In daylight, yes, at close range. At night or at distance, plates can be hard to read on any 1080p camera.

Use a high-endurance microSD card, and pick a large one since four channels fill it quickly.

It supports parking recording, but that usually needs a hardwire kit, which is often sold separately.

It is the best new price among three stores as of November 5, 2026, and low for a four-channel unit.
