Our take on the Ritkeep Fitness Full Body Workout Smith Machine

The Ritkeep Fitness Full Body Workout Smith Machine is a home rack built around a guided Smith bar, so you can squat, press and row on a fixed track without a spotter. It is aimed at garage and basement gyms where floor space and safety matter more than free-bar feel. At $1,729.99 at RitKeep Fitness as of November 6, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no cheaper store to compare against right now.

Best forHome lifters training alone without a spotterGarage or basement gyms with limited floor spaceBeginners learning squat and press patternsHouseholds that want one rack for full-body sessions
Pros
  • Guided Smith bar lets you rack the bar at any height, which helps on solo squats and presses
  • Full-body setup covers squats, bench press, rows and overhead work in one frame
  • Fixed bar path suits beginners and lifters returning from injury
  • Rack design keeps the bar contained, so a missed rep is less risky at home
  • Strong buyer rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 78 ratings
Cons
  • Fixed bar path does not train stabilizer muscles the way a free barbell does
  • Only one new price is listed, so there is no discount to compare against
  • Smith machines take a large footprint and need ceiling height for overhead work
  • Bar and plates are usually not included, which adds to the total cost
  • Little independent testing is available for this brand

Questions and answers

Is the Smith bar included?
Yes. The machine is built around a guided Smith bar on a fixed track. Barbell plates are generally sold separately, so check the listing for what ships in the box.
Does it work for bench press and squats?
Yes. The guided bar and adjustable rack points cover squats, bench press, overhead press and rows, which is why it is sold as a full-body unit.
How is it different from a free barbell rack?
The bar runs on a fixed track, so you do not balance it yourself. That is safer alone but trains stabilizer muscles less than a free bar.
How much space do I need?
Plan for a footprint larger than a standard power rack and check ceiling height for overhead presses. Measure your room before ordering.
Is $1,729.99 a good price?
It is the only new price listed, at RitKeep Fitness as of November 6, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with other Smith machines before deciding.
Where is the Ritkeep Fitness Full Body Workout Smith Machine cheapest?
At RitKeep Fitness, for $1,729.99, 40% off, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Ritkeep Fitness Full Body Workout Smith Machine?
Rated 4.9 out of 5 from 78 ratings.
