Questions and answers

Is the RNRUO 17.3-inch laptop worth it?

At $565.99 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it is a lot of screen and a current Intel chip for the money. It suits desk work; heavy travelers and gamers should look elsewhere.

Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?

The 256GB SSD is the part most owners will want to replace, and many laptops in this class allow it. RAM is often soldered in thin models, so confirm before buying if you need more than 12GB.

Is a 256GB SSD enough?

It holds Windows, apps and a few thousand photos, but fills fast with games or video. Plan on cloud storage or an external drive.

How does the Core Ultra 5 115U compare?

It is a low-power chip aimed at everyday tasks, not gaming. It is a step up from older U-series Intel chips in efficiency, but a Core Ultra 7 or H-series chip is faster for heavy work.

How heavy is it to carry?

At 4.6 lb it is on the heavy side for a 17-inch laptop. It is fine around the house or between desks, less so in a daily backpack.

What comes in the box?

Expect the laptop and its power adapter; a mouse and sleeve are usually not included. Check the listing for the exact bundle.
