Our take on the Rod Desyne Armor Adjustable Curtain Track

The Rod Desyne Armor is a wall-mounted traverse curtain track that adjusts from 28 to 120 inches, so one rail can cover a small window or a wide span. It uses a steel track with a square profile and includes a baton for pulling curtains without touching the fabric. The listed capacity is 8 lbs on the double 28-48 inch setup, so it suits lightweight to medium drapes rather than heavy blackout panels. The best new price is $162.00 at Belk as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition to wait for.

Questions and answers

Is the Rod Desyne Armor track worth it?
For wide windows with light to medium curtains, yes. At $162.00 at Belk as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair price for an adjustable steel traverse track, but check the 8 lb limit before buying for heavy drapes.
How much weight can it hold?
The listed capacity is 8 lbs on the double 28-48 inch configuration. Heavier blackout or lined curtains may need a sturdier track or more brackets.
What lengths does it cover?
It adjusts from 28 inches up to 120 inches, so it can span a single window or a wide sliding door. Plan bracket placement for the length you set.
What is in the box?
The track, mounting hardware and a baton are included. Curtains, hooks and rings are not.
Can it be ceiling mounted?
The listed mount types are wall and side mount, not ceiling. Check your ceiling clearance before choosing this track.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store, Belk, lists it new at $162.00 as of November 4, 2026, so there is no competing price to wait for. Watch for seasonal home sales at that store.
Where is the Rod Desyne Armor Adjustable Curtain Track cheapest?
