Will this lens work on a full-frame Sony camera?

Yes, but it will produce a semi-circular 'vignetted' image because it is designed for APS-C sensors. You can use it in Super 35 or Crop mode to fill the frame.

Can I use screw-on filters with this lens?

No, the built-in petal-shaped lens hood and the bulbous front element prevent the use of standard screw-on filters.

Does it have autofocus?

No, this is a fully manual cine lens. You must adjust both focus and aperture by hand using the physical rings on the lens barrel.

Is the $263.99 price a good deal?
