Does autofocus work on Sony E-mount bodies?

No. It is manual focus only and has no electronic contacts, so focus and aperture are set by hand.

What field of view does it give on APS-C?

On Sony APS-C bodies it behaves like a 450mm lens in full-frame terms.

It is a mirror lens, so highlights in the background render as donut shapes rather than smooth circles.

No. The aperture is fixed at f/6.3, so exposure is controlled with shutter speed and ISO.

It is much smaller and cheaper, but slower and softer. Choose it for light travel use in good light, not for fast action or low light.

Expect the lens, front and rear caps, and usually a filter holder for the rear element; check the listing for the exact bundle.
