Our take on the Rosecliff Heights HDPE Rocking Adirondack Chair

The Rosecliff Heights HDPE Rocking Adirondack Chair is an outdoor rocker made of high-density polyethylene lumber, a weather-resistant plastic that stands up to rain and sun without painting or sealing. It combines the wide, reclined Adirondack seat with curved rocker runners, and it holds up to 300 lb. It measures 41.7 in tall, 25.9 in wide and 35.2 in deep, so it needs porch or patio room to rock. The best new price is $105.99 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no second price to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is this chair worth $105.99?
At $105.99 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, it is a fair price for an HDPE Adirondack rocker, since plastic-lumber chairs usually cost more than wood ones and need no upkeep. With only one store listing it new, there is no cheaper competing price to check.
How does it compare with a wooden Adirondack rocker?
HDPE will not rot, splinter or need repainting like pine or cedar, so it suits wet climates and low-maintenance owners. Wood looks more traditional and can be sanded and refinished, while plastic lumber is heavier and has a more uniform finish.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. HDPE Adirondack rockers typically ship flat and take about 30 to 60 minutes to assemble with basic tools. Check that all hardware is included before you start.
Will it fit on my porch?
It is 25.9 in wide, 35.2 in deep and 41.7 in tall, and the rocker runners need extra clearance front and back to move. Measure your space with room for the rocking arc before buying.
What is it made of, and does it fade?
It is made of HDPE, a UV-stabilized plastic lumber. It resists fading better than untreated wood, though very light colors may show slight change after years in direct sun.
When is it cheapest?
Outdoor furniture usually drops in late summer and early fall clearance. The current $105.99 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026 is the only new price listed, so watch for seasonal markdowns.
Where is the Rosecliff Heights HDPE Rocking Adirondack Chair cheapest?
At Wayfair, for $105.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Rosecliff Heights HDPE Rocking Adirondack Chair?
Rated 4.6 out of 5 from 458 ratings.
