Questions and answers

Is the TTOOGO pen kit worth $148.34?

At $148.34 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it sits in the mid range for a cordless rotary pen with two batteries and a color display. With only one new listing, you cannot count on a lower price elsewhere, so judge it on the features you need.

Can I use it cordless and plugged in?

Yes. It runs on its batteries wirelessly or over a Type-C connection in wired mode. The two included batteries let you swap mid-session instead of stopping to charge.

What cartridges does it take?

It uses a universal cartridge system, so standard rotary cartridges from common brands should fit. Check the cartridge grip size before buying if you rely on a specific needle line.

What is the stroke and voltage range?

The stroke is 3.5mm and output is adjustable from 4V to 12V. That range covers fine liner and brow work well; heavy shading may feel slow compared with a longer-stroke machine.

What is in the box?

The kit includes the pen, two 2000mAh batteries, and a Type-C charging connection. Cartridges are not listed as included, so budget for needles separately.

How does it compare with a wired pen?

It offers the same 4-12V range and 3.5mm stroke as many wired pens but adds battery freedom and a color display. The trade-off is extra weight from the battery and one more part to charge.

Where is the Rotary Permanent Makeup Pen Kit cheapest?

At Walmart, for $226.49, as of our latest check.
