Our take on the Rubbermaid Hygen Flexible Microfiber Single-Sided Flat Mop, White, 1 Dozen

This is a 12-pack of Rubbermaid Hygen flexible microfiber flat mop covers, single-sided, in white. Each cover is about 8.9 by 5.9 inches and fits the Hygen flexible flat mop frame, with a scrubber-free microfiber face for damp mopping and dust pickup. The flexible pad bends to reach under low furniture and into corners. It is a bulk refill for cleaning crews and facilities, not a complete mop.

Questions and answers

Is this a complete mop?
No. This is a 12-pack of mop covers only. You need the Rubbermaid Hygen flexible flat mop frame and handle to use them.
Will these fit my existing flat mop?
They are made for the Rubbermaid Hygen flexible flat mop frame. Check that your frame takes covers about 8.9 by 5.9 inches before buying.
Can the covers be washed and reused?
Yes. They are machine washable microfiber. Wash them separately from lint-shedding fabrics and skip fabric softener, which clogs the fibers.
Do they work on both wet and dry cleaning?
Yes. Use them dry for dust and hair, or damp for light mopping on hard floors. They are not meant for heavy scrubbing or large spills.
How many covers come in a pack?
Twelve covers per pack, in white. That suits a cleaning crew or a facility that swaps covers between rooms.
When is the best time to buy?
Bulk janitorial supplies see the deepest discounts during back-to-school and end-of-year sales. Compare the per-cover price across stores before ordering a case.
