How do you wash the Ruggable round rug?

Peel the cover off the pad, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and air dry or tumble low. The pad itself is spot cleaned only.

Does it work on hardwood floors?

Yes. The nonslip pad grips hard floors and the waterproof barrier keeps spills off the wood.

Is a 6-foot round rug big enough for a dining table?

It fits a four-chair round table, but measure your chairs pulled out. A 6-foot round leaves little room for chairs to slide back.

Can it be used outdoors?

It is rated for indoor and outdoor placement, but bring it in during heavy rain since the cover is not meant to stay soaked.

Is it good with pets?

Yes. The washable cover and waterproof pad are the main draws for pet owners dealing with accidents and muddy paws.

Our take on the Ruggable 6' Round Washable Modern Round Area Rug

The Ruggable 6' Round Washable Rug is a machine-washable area rug with a 100% polyester tufted top and a separate waterproof nonslip pad. The two-piece system lets you peel off the cover and wash it, which is the main reason people buy it for high-traffic rooms with kids and pets. At about 10 feet across, the round shape suits dining tables, entryways and open seating areas. It is rated 4.5 out of 5 from 2,800 ratings.
