Is this rug really 6'7" square?

Yes. It is listed as a square 6'7" rug, so measure your space for a roughly 6-foot-7-inch footprint on each side before buying.

Can I use it outdoors?

No. It is listed for indoor use only, so keep it out of rain and direct sun.

The polypropylene pile is low at 0.25 inches, so vacuuming and spot cleaning with mild soap are straightforward. Avoid soaking it.

A pad is a good idea. The thin pile offers little cushioning, and a pad adds grip and softness on hard floors.
