Our take on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 128GB

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is Samsung's 2022 flagship phone, with a 6.8-inch 120Hz OLED screen, a built-in S Pen, and a quad rear camera led by a 108MP main sensor with 10x optical zoom. This listing is the 512GB model with 12GB RAM, unlocked for all major carriers. At $264.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is far below what the phone cost new and sits at the low end of its recent pricing. It is a strong value for the camera and stylus, but it is a four-year-old model with a battery that may have aged.
