Is 720p good enough for a 32-inch TV?

At 32 inches, 720p looks acceptable from normal couch distance, and most broadcast and streaming content is fine. You will notice the difference next to a 1080p set mainly when reading small text or sitting close.

Does it have Bluetooth or voice control?

No. This model has Wi-Fi for streaming apps but no Bluetooth audio and no built-in voice assistant, so you use the standard remote.

Yes. It uses a standard VESA mount, and at roughly 31 inches wide and light weight it is easy to hang. The stand is included if you prefer a tabletop.

How many HDMI ports does it have?

Two HDMI inputs plus one USB port. That is enough for a streaming stick and a console, but a switcher helps if you have more devices.

Is it worth buying over a 1080p or 4K 32-inch TV?

Only if the price is clearly lower. A 1080p 32-inch set gives sharper text and a better smart platform for a small premium, so compare prices before deciding.

Our take on the Samsung UN32M4500B 32" Class HD Smart LED TV

The Samsung UN32M4500B is a 32-inch 720p LED smart TV with Wi-Fi, two HDMI inputs and a USB port. It runs Samsung's older Smart Hub platform, so it covers the main streaming apps but not the newest interface or voice features. It is a small, light set (about 31 inches wide) aimed at bedrooms, kitchens and dorms rather than a main living-room screen. It is a budget model from a few years back, so check the current price against the $150-$200 range these 32-inch HD sets usually sell for.
