Is the ScentBots ANZ worth it at $19.98?

At $19.98 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, it is a cheap way to try waterless scenting, since the kit includes four oils. Factor in replacement oil cost before deciding it is a long-term bargain.

Do I need to add water?

No. It is a waterless diffuser: it takes a 5–20mL oil bottle and mists the oil directly. That means no tank to fill or clean.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 48 hours per charge, but expect much less on the highest of the 3 mist settings. A full charge takes about 4 hours over USB-C.

Can I use my own fragrance oils?

Yes, it fits standard 5–20mL bottles, so most brands work. Very thick or heavy oils may mist less evenly.

How big a room will it cover?

Up to 600 sq ft, which suits a bedroom, bathroom or small living area. Larger open spaces will need a second unit.

What comes in the box?

The diffuser, a USB-C charging cable, and four 10mL fragrance oils. Oil bottles are not included beyond those samples.

Our take on the ScentBots ANZ Waterless Diffuser

The ScentBots ANZ is a small cordless waterless diffuser: no water tank, just a 5–20mL fragrance oil bottle that it mists straight into the air. It runs up to 48 hours per charge over USB-C, covers up to 600 sq ft, and gives you 3 mist levels and 4 timers. The kit bundles four 10mL oils. At $19.98 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, so the price is a good one for a starter kit.
