Our take on the Scotch & Soda Tilburg 22" Carry-On Laptop Luggage

The Scotch & Soda Tilburg is a 22-inch carry-on with a built-in laptop compartment, aimed at travelers who want one bag for work and short trips. Its exterior measures 22 x 16.5 x 11 inches, with a 20 x 15 x 11 inch interior. At $279.99 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price we track, so there is no recent range to compare it against. That puts it in premium carry-on territory, where buyers usually expect strong wheels, a solid handle and durable shell material.
