Is the Sealy Ease 4.0 worth it over a fixed foundation?

What comes in the box?

The base frame, legs, a wired remote and the power cord. The mattress is sold separately.

Our take on the Sealy Ease 4.0 Power Base Adjustable Foundation

The Sealy Ease 4.0 is an adjustable power foundation that raises the head and foot of the mattress with a wired remote. It is a platform base, so it works with most foam and hybrid mattresses without a box spring. The wood frame is rated to 650 lb and comes in Twin through California King. The best new price is $999 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, the low end of where this base has sold recently.
