Is the Serta Classic Blissville a good price at $619.99?

At $619.99 at Mattress Firm as of November 8, 2026, it is inexpensive for a 12.5-inch California King. Only one store lists it new, so there is no recent range to judge it against; compare it with other all-foam California Kings before deciding.

Is it memory foam or a firmer foam?

Serta markets it as a three-zone foam mattress, with the middle zone built for support rather than deep sink-in. Expect a more supportive feel than a plush memory foam bed.

It has a temperature-regulating cover, but the core is standard foam. Hot sleepers should weigh that against hybrids with coil airflow or gel-infused foam.

What sizes does it come in?

The listed configuration is California King only. Check with the retailer for other sizes before ordering.

Does it need a box spring?

An all-foam mattress like this works on a platform bed or a slatted frame. A traditional box spring is not required, but confirm the foundation requirements with the seller.

It is 12.5 inches thick, which is on the taller side for an all-foam bed and gives it a fuller look on a frame.

Our take on the Serta Classic Blissville

The Serta Classic Blissville is a 12.5-inch all-foam mattress sold in California King, with a three-zone foam design and a temperature-regulating cover. It sits in Serta's value tier rather than its premium lines, so expect basic foam support without the coils or cooling gel layers of higher models. The best new price is $619.99 at Mattress Firm as of November 8, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no meaningful price history to compare against.
