Questions and answers

Is the Serta Heated Malea throw worth it?
It suits someone who wants a soft, washable heated throw for a couch or chair. Compare it with cheaper fleece heated throws if you mainly care about heat rather than texture.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it is listed as machine washable. Detach the controller and cord first and follow the care label, since heated throws usually need a gentle cycle and full drying before reconnecting power.
How big is it?
Serta sells this throw in a standard throw size meant for one person on a couch or chair. Check the listed dimensions before buying if you want it to cover a bed.
Does it have an auto shut-off?
Most Serta electric throws pair with a controller that has timed shut-off and multiple heat levels. Confirm the controller features on the specific listing.
When is it cheapest?
Heated throws usually drop in price in late fall and around Black Friday, and again in late winter clearance. Track the price history to see whether the current price is above or below its usual range.
