Our take on the Serwall Outdoor Rocking Chair with Pull-Out Footrest and Solid Backrest, Black

The Serwall is a single outdoor rocking chair built from HDPE lumber with a wood-grain finish, a solid backrest and a pull-out footrest. It holds up to 360 lb and wipes clean with soap and water, so it suits a porch or patio that sees weather. The seat sits high at 32.2 in, which is taller than most patio rockers and worth checking against your leg length. At $126.51 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

Pros
  • HDPE frame resists weather and needs only a soap-and-water wipe
  • 360 lb weight capacity is high for a patio rocker
  • Pull-out footrest reclines the legs without a separate ottoman
  • Solid backrest blocks wind and gives firm support
  • Wood-grain finish reads warmer than plain plastic
Cons
  • 43.1 lb and bulky, so it is not easy to move around
  • Assembly required
  • Seat height of 32.2 in is tall and may not suit shorter users
  • No cushion and no upholstery, so it is hard plastic seating
  • Only one new price listed, so there is little to compare against
