It carries a 243 lb weight limit and a screen that tracks time, speed, distance and calories, plus two preset programs. It suits walking and light jogging rather than serious distance running. Questions and answers

Is the Skonyon 3HP treadmill good for running?
It is fine for walking and light jogging. The 12.8 km/h top speed and 243 lb limit fall short of what regular runners need.
How fast does it go?
Up to 12.8 km/h, roughly 8 mph, with two preset programs and adjustable speeds in between.
Does it fold and roll away?
Yes. The deck folds up and transport wheels let you roll it against a wall or into a closet.
What is the weight limit?
243 lb. Heavier users should look at treadmills rated 300 lb or more.
Does it have incline or a heart-rate monitor?
No incline setting and no heart-rate sensor are listed. The screen shows time, speed, distance and calories only.
When is the best time to buy it?
Home fitness gear usually drops during New Year and Black Friday sales. Track its price history and buy when it sits near the low end of its recent range.
