Our take on the Skull Shaver Palm Head Shaver & Baby Beast Trimmer Combo

The Skull Shaver Palm Head Shaver & Baby Beast Trimmer Combo pairs a three-head rotary shaver for the scalp and face with a small detail trimmer for beard edges and body lines. The Palm's flexing Carver-3 heads and palm-shaped grip are built for shaving a head quickly by feel, and it runs 45 minutes cordless. The Baby Beast adds three precision blades for sharp lines the rotary heads can't cut. Its only recorded price is $49.99 at Skull Shaver as of October 31, 2026, so there is no lower or higher point to compare against yet.

Questions and answers

Is the Palm good for a completely bald head shave?
Yes. The three rotary heads flex to follow the skull, and the palm grip lets you shave the back of your head without a mirror. It will not match a razor blade for closeness, but it is fast and hard to nick yourself with.
How long does the battery last?
Skull Shaver rates the Palm at 45 minutes of cordless runtime. That covers several head shaves for most people, but heavy users will charge it more than once a week.
What comes in the box?
You get the Palm Head & Face Shaver, the Baby Beast Trimmer, charging cables, a cleaning brush and a user manual. No charging stand or wall adapter is listed.
Can the Baby Beast trim body hair too?
Yes. The Baby Beast is meant for beard lines and body grooming, and its three precision blades are for sharp edges rather than bulk trimming. For large areas, expect to go over the same spot more than once.
Is $49.99 a good price for the combo?
It is the only price recorded for this kit, $49.99 at Skull Shaver as of October 31, 2026, so there is no history to judge it against. Buying the Palm and Baby Beast separately usually costs more than a bundled kit.
Do the blades need replacing?
Rotary blades on shavers of this type dull over months of regular use and are replaceable. Skull Shaver sells replacement Carver-3 heads separately.
What do buyers say about the Skull Shaver Palm Head Shaver & Baby Beast Trimmer Combo?
