Our take on the Slim Card-Shaped Wallet Bluetooth Tracker

This is a credit-card-thin Bluetooth tracker that slips into a wallet card slot, passport holder or luggage tag pocket and works with both iOS and Android. It plays an audio alert when you ring it from your phone and is listed as water-resistant, so light rain or a spill should not kill it. The 4.53 x 4.53 in figure in the listing is far larger than a card, so check the real dimensions before you buy. No price was provided for this listing, so there is no recent price range to compare against.

Questions and answers

Will it fit in a standard wallet card slot?
It is sold as card-shaped, so it is meant to slide into a card slot. Confirm the actual thickness and footprint with the seller first, because the listed 4.53 in dimensions are larger than a credit card.
Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes. The listing says it is compatible with iOS and Android, so one tracker covers either phone.
How do I find a lost wallet with it?
You pair it to your phone and trigger an audio alert from the app. It is a Bluetooth tracker, so range is limited to roughly the same area as your phone's Bluetooth signal.
Is it waterproof?
It is listed as water-resistant, not waterproof. It should survive a spill or light rain, but do not submerge it.
What is in the box?
The listing shows a count of one, so expect a single tracker. Check the seller's page for a battery, lanyard or mounting accessory.
When is the best time to buy?
No price history was provided for this listing, so there is no data on when it is cheapest. Compare current store prices before buying.
