Smoked Gray Polycarbonate Corrugated Curved Roof Panels – Tinted Sheets

Maximum shade. Serious glare and heat reduction. Real weather protection. Our Smoke Gray Polycarbonate Corrugated Curved Roof Panels are the deepest tint in our polycarbonate lineup — designed for sun-facing structures, hot climates, and any covered outdoor space where controlling heat and glare matters more than maximizing light. The dark smoke tint dramatically reduces solar heat gain while still allowing diffused natural light through, so the space underneath stays bright enough to use comfortably without turning into a solar oven.

Smoke Gray is the right call when you've got a west- or south-facing patio that gets hammered in the afternoon, a carport in a hot climate, or a covered lounge area where you actually want to feel shaded. If you've ever sat under a clear or lightly tinted roof and felt like you were being cooked — this is the fix.

Order a sample first to confirm the Smoke Gray tint works for your project. The tint reads differently in morning vs. afternoon light and varies by how much sun your structure receives — seeing it in your actual space before committing to a full order is always the right call.
