Our take on the Sogespower Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar Stand

The Sogespower Power Tower is a freestanding pull-up and dip station for bodyweight training at home. It combines a multi-grip pull-up bar, dip bars and a padded backrest, rated to 500 lb. Its footprint is about 38.6 inches square and 78.7 inches tall, so it needs a roomy spot with ceiling clearance. The best new price is $99.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no cheaper alternative to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is the Sogespower Power Tower worth it?
At $99.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to get pull-ups and dips at home. Expect budget build quality and check that it feels stable before hard use.
How much space and ceiling height does it need?
The base is about 38.6 by 38.6 inches and the tower is 78.7 inches tall. Add clearance above the bar for pull-ups, so a room with at least 8-foot ceilings is safer.
Does it hold 500 lb?
Sogespower rates the max load at 500 lb. That is the total user weight limit, and the rating assumes the unit is assembled correctly and used on a level floor.
What exercises can I do on it?
Pull-ups and chin-ups on the multi-grip bar, dips on the parallel bars, and knee or leg raises with the padded backrest. It is bodyweight only, with no cables or weight stack.
Can it be used outdoors?
The listing says indoor and outdoor use. Leaving it outside in rain or sun will wear the padding and finish faster, so covered storage is better.
When is it cheapest?
Only Walmart lists it new at $99.99 as of November 4, 2026, so there is no second store to compare. Watch for seasonal fitness sales, when power towers often drop.
Where is the Sogespower Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar Stand cheapest?
At Walmart, for $99.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Sogespower Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar Stand?
Rated 3.5 out of 5 from 8 ratings.
