The Sorbus Glass Meal Prep Containers are a 16-piece set of square glass bowls with black airtight lids, each about 6.5 inches wide. The glass is BPA-free and safe for the dishwasher and freezer, so the same container can go from fridge to oven to table. Square bowls stack more tightly than round ones and hold more food for the footprint. The set is sold at a budget price for glass meal prep, well below most borosilicate brands.
Lowest price we've seen: $43.99 on Nov 1 at Sorbus Home. Tracked across 1 store since Nov 1.
Owners of Sorbus glass sets generally report the containers seal well and survive dishwasher and freezer use. The common complaints are chipped rims after knocks and lids that warp or stop sealing after heavy washing.
