Our take on the Sormag Duvet Cover Set Soft Washed Microfiber 3 Pieces Queen Dark Grey

The Sormag Duvet Cover Set is a 3-piece queen set in dark grey: one duvet cover and two pillowcases in washed microfiber. The fabric is brushed and pre-washed for a soft, slightly matte finish, and the 600 thread count label refers to a microfiber weave, not cotton. It is a budget set aimed at everyday use, and its price sits in the low end of what queen microfiber sets usually cost.

Questions and answers

Is this duvet cover worth it?
For a low-cost queen set, yes. It is soft and easy to care for, but it is microfiber, so do not expect the breathability or crispness of cotton.
Does it fit a standard queen duvet?
It is sized for a queen duvet and the set includes two pillowcases. Check your duvet's exact dimensions before ordering, since queen inserts vary a little.
Is it good for hot sleepers?
Not the best choice. Microfiber holds heat, so hot sleepers usually do better with cotton or linen.
What is in the box?
One queen duvet cover and two pillowcases. The duvet insert is not included.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Avoid high heat and fabric softener to limit pilling.
When is it cheapest?
Microfiber bedding usually drops during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Watch the price history rather than buying at full price.
