What is the range on a charge?

Specialized rates the 710Wh battery for roughly 3 to 5 hours of mixed riding, depending on mode, rider weight and terrain. Eco mode stretches range; Turbo drains it fastest.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The included 42V/4A charger fills the 710Wh battery in about 4 to 6 hours from empty. There is no fast-charge option.

What comes in the box?

The bike ships with a charger, brass bell, kickstand, DRYTECH fenders, a rear pannier rack rated to 20kg and a 1000-lumen Lezyne headlight. A front rack is sold separately.

Can I lock the motor if the bike is stolen?

Turbo System Lock lets you disable the motor through the Mission Control app and triggers a motion sensor alarm. It deters rides but does not replace a good lock.

What size wheels and tires does it use?

It runs 27.5in wheels with 2.35in tires. That size is common for e-MTB and commuter use but less available than 29er trail tires.
