Are these worth it over cheaper blue-light glasses?

If you mainly want evening filtering, the strong amber tint does more than most clear lenses. If you need all-day wear without color shift, a lighter clear pair may suit you better.

Can I wear them all day at a computer?

You can, but the amber tint will make whites look yellow and skew any color work. They are best saved for the last few hours before bed.

Do they work over prescription glasses?

These are standard frames with no fit-over design, so they are not meant to be worn over another pair. If you need correction, consider prescription blue-light lenses instead.

At 6.4 ounces they are on the heavy side for glasses. Expect more nose pressure than with typical 1-ounce frames, especially over long sessions.

What comes in the box?

The listing does not detail the included accessories. Expect the glasses themselves; check with the store if you need a case or cloth.

Our take on the Spektrum Blue Light Glasses

The Spektrum Blue Light Glasses are non-prescription amber-tinted glasses that claim to block 99% of blue light, aimed at people who spend long hours in front of screens. The amber lens shifts colors noticeably, which suits evening use better than color-critical work. They weigh 6.4 ounces, heavy for glasses, so fit and nose comfort matter.
