Is the CE800 worth it over a home elliptical?

If several people will use it daily or you want gym-grade durability, the commercial frame and incline justify the price. For light solo use, a home elliptical costs far less.

Does it really have a variable incline?

Yes. The CE800 has a motorized variable incline, so you can change the ramp angle during a workout rather than staying on one fixed path.

How much space does it need?

It is a large machine with a long stride, so plan on a dedicated area with clearance around it. Measure your room before ordering.

Can one person assemble it?

The frame is heavy, so assembly is much easier with two people. Budget time for it and have help moving the boxes.

Is $2,399 a good price?

That is the best new price among the three stores listed, at elitefts.com as of November 8, 2026, and it sits at the low end of its recent range. Compare the other two stores before buying.
