Is the Staples Kroy chair good for all-day sitting?

It works for a full workday for most people, thanks to the mesh back and adjustable arms. If you sit 8+ hours, expect to add a cushion or consider a chair with adjustable lumbar support.

What is the weight limit?

The Kroy is rated for up to 275 lb. The plastic base and frame are the main limits, so heavier users should look at chairs with metal bases.

Does it have adjustable lumbar support?

No. The lumbar curve is built into the mesh back and cannot be moved up or down. That suits some backs and not others.
