Can it charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro at full speed?

Yes. It supports PD 3.1 with Extended Power Range and delivers up to 140W over a single USB-C port, which covers the M3 Pro and M3 Max MacBook Pro chargers.

How does power split across the four ports?

The full 140W goes to one USB-C port. When you plug in more devices, the total is shared and each port drops, so a laptop plus a phone will charge slower than the laptop alone.

Is the $50 eBay price a good deal?

It is far below the $70–$90 typical for 140W multi-port GaN chargers, so it is a strong price if the seller is reputable. Check the seller's history, since the next cheapest of the 11 stores is likely higher.

Does it work with Samsung and Pixel phones?

Yes. The USB-C ports handle USB-PD fast charging for Pixel and recent Samsung phones, and the USB-A port supports Quick Charge 3.0 for older devices.

What comes in the box?

The charger and a USB-IF certified USB-C cable are included, per StarTech. The cable matters for reaching 140W, since not every USB-C cable supports EPR.

Can I use it in Europe?

Not directly. It has a foldable North American NEMA 1-15P plug, so you need a plug adapter; the adapter accepts 12–230V input, so voltage itself is not a problem.
