Are these boots actually waterproof?

The listing says waterproof, but there is no tested waterproof rating. Treat the claim as water-resistant and expect wet feet in prolonged slush or standing water.

They are insulated for winter, but no temperature rating is published. They suit cold commutes and light snow better than extreme cold.

What is the shaft height?

The shaft is 6.2 inches, a mid-calf height. That covers the ankle and lower calf but sits below deep drifts.

They come in medium width with a lace-up and hook-and-loop closure, so the fit is adjustable. There is no wide option listed.

Is $39.95 a good price?

It is low for an insulated waterproof snow boot. Only one store lists a new price as of November 8, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare it with.

What are they made of?
