- Is $786.03 a good price for this sectional?
- It is the only new price listed, $786.03 at Shop Simon as of November 7, 2026, so there is no competing store to beat it. For an 82-inch corduroy sectional with a movable ottoman, that sits in the usual range for fabric sectionals of this size.
- Can the ottoman go on either side?
- Yes. The ottoman is movable and the sofa is modular, so you can set the chaise on the left or right to match your room. Reversing it means reconnecting the sections, not buying extra parts.
- Will an 82-inch sectional fit my living room?
- Measure the wall and the depth you can spare before ordering. An 82-inch width leaves room for side tables in most mid-size living rooms, but the chaise sticks out further than the main sofa, so check walkways too.
- What is the sofa made of?
- The upholstery is corduroy fabric in brown over a modular frame. The listing does not give the frame wood, cushion foam density or seat depth, so ask the seller before buying if those matter to you.
- How do I clean corduroy upholstery?
- Vacuum it with a brush attachment to lift dust from the ridges, and blot spills right away rather than rubbing. Corduroy piles can flatten where you sit; brushing the nap back up helps.
- When is this sectional cheapest?
- With one store listing it, discounts depend on that store's own sales rather than cross-store competition. Watch the price history on this page around major sale periods to see whether it drops below $786.03.
- Where is the Streamdale Furniture 82" Modern L-Shaped Corduroy Sectional Sofa with Movable Ottoman, Brown cheapest?
- At Shop Simon, for $786.03, as of our latest check.
