Is the StyleCraft Austin lamp worth $49.50?

At $49.50 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, it is a reasonable buy for a dimmable lamp with a patterned base. You are paying for looks and a three-way switch, not premium materials.

Does it come with a bulb?

No. It takes a standard bulb up to 100 watts, and you supply it. A dimmable LED bulb works with the three-way switch.

How does the three-way switch work?

The switch cycles through low, medium and high brightness, then off. It needs a three-way bulb to get all three levels; a regular bulb gives you just on and off.

What size shade and bulb fit it?

The lamp uses a standard-base bulb up to 100 watts and a silk-blend shade sized for a table lamp. Check the shade's fitter size before replacing it.
