Our take on the Sudio F4 Bluetooth Speaker

The Sudio F4 is a portable Bluetooth speaker with a 20W stereo driver setup, Bluetooth 5.4 and a claimed 25-hour battery. It weighs 575 g and measures roughly 19 cm tall, so it is a desk or shelf speaker you can carry around rather than a pocket unit. It is water resistant and supports multi-point pairing to two devices. At $29.99 at Macy's as of November 6, 2026, it sits at the low end of its price range across the four stores listing it new.

Cons
  • 575 g and 189 mm tall: not a pocket speaker

  • 20W is modest for outdoor or party volume
  • Bass is limited by the small cabinet despite the claim

Questions and answers

Is the Sudio F4 worth it at $29.99?
At $29.99 at Macy's as of November 6, 2026, it is a cheap way to get a water-resistant 25-hour speaker. Expect budget sound, not hi-fi.
How does it compare with the Sudio F2 or other Sudio speakers?
The F4 adds Bluetooth 5.4 and multi-point pairing over older Sudio portables. Power stays at 20W, so the jump is in connectivity and battery, not loudness.
Does the 25-hour battery claim hold up?
Owners report it lasting long days at moderate volume. Expect less at high volume, as with any small speaker.
Can I take it in the shower or outside?
It is water resistant, so splashes and light rain are fine. Do not submerge it.
Can it connect to two devices at once?
Yes. Multi-point Bluetooth lets a phone and a laptop stay connected, and you switch by pausing one and playing the other.
What is in the box?
The speaker and a USB-C charging cable. No wall adapter is included, so use your own USB-C charger.
Where is the Sudio F4 Bluetooth Speaker cheapest?
At Macy's, for $29.99, 39% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
