Is the Sugagale Outdoor Cat House worth it?

At $23.00 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost way to give an outdoor cat a warm spot. Expect a soft fabric shelter rather than a rigid house, so it suits porches and garages better than open, windy yards.

Does it really keep cats warm in winter?

The walls combine oxford fabric, sponge and aluminum foil, and a double-sided heating pad is included. That insulation helps, but the pad needs a power outlet, so plan where you place it.

How big is it, and will a large cat fit?

It is a single-level shelter, so it fits one cat comfortably. Large cats may find it snug, and it is not sized for two cats to share.

Can I leave it outside in the rain?

The fabric is described as waterproof, but it is a soft-sided shelter. Put it under a roof overhang or in a garage in heavy rain and wind.

What comes in the box?

The house, support frames and a double-sided heating pad. No tools are needed for assembly.

Only one store, Walmart, lists it new at $23.00 as of November 4, 2026, so there is no competing price to wait for. Watch for seasonal pet promotions.
