Our take on the Sunham Neutral Dalton 9-Pc. Comforter Set, King

The Sunham Neutral Dalton 9-Piece Comforter Set is a king-size bedding bundle with a woven jacquard face and 100% polyester shell and fill, rated for medium warmth and year-round use. The nine pieces typically cover the comforter, shams, and decorative pillows, so it dresses a bed in one purchase. It is machine washable and aimed at adults who want a neutral, textured look. At $71.82 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end for a king set of this size, though only one store currently prices it new.

Questions and answers

Is the Sunham Dalton set worth it?
At $71.82 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get a full king set. Expect a light, medium-warmth comforter rather than a heavy down alternative.
What comes in the 9-piece king set?
A nine-piece comforter set of this type usually includes the comforter, two king shams, and several decorative pillows. Confirm the exact piece list before ordering, since counts vary by set.
Is it warm enough for winter?
It is rated medium warmth and medium fill weight, so it suits year-round use in a normal bedroom. In a cold house you may want an extra blanket.
Can it go in the washing machine?
Yes, it is machine washable. Use a large-capacity machine, cold water, and low heat so the polyester fill does not clump.
Will it fit a king bed?
It is sized for a king bed, but comforter dimensions vary. Check the listed width and length against your mattress and whether you want a drape over the sides.
When is the best time to buy?
Bedding sets like this drop during white sales in January and around major holiday events. The current $71.82 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026 is already low for a king set.
