Our take on the Sunmthink 8-Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Set with Fire Pit and Waterproof Cover

The Sunmthink 8-Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Set bundles seating for a small group with a 50,000 BTU propane fire pit table and covers for both. It uses UV-resistant resin wicker over a rustproof steel frame, with high-resiliency foam cushions and a CSA-certified fire table with electronic ignition and an anti-leakage valve. The best new price is $531 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, and no other store currently lists it new, so there is no recent range to compare against. At that price you get a full seating group plus a fire table, which is low for a set of this size.

Questions and answers

Is the Sunmthink 8-piece patio set worth it?
At $531 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is cheap for a full seating group plus a 50,000 BTU fire table and covers. Expect budget materials: resin wicker and foam cushions rather than teak or aluminum.
Does the fire pit table come with a propane tank?
No. The set includes the fire pit table and glass stones, but the propane tank is sold separately. Check the tank size the table's burner and regulator accept before you buy.
How many people does the 8-piece set seat?
The set is built around widened seats and padded armrests, so it seats a small group, typically six to eight depending on the piece mix. Measure your patio against the assembled footprint before ordering.
Are the cushions and covers weatherproof?
The wicker is UV-resistant and the frame is rustproof steel, and covers for the furniture and fire pit are included. The cushions are described as all-season, but bringing them in during heavy rain will extend their life.
When is the best time to buy this set?
Patio sets usually drop in late summer and early fall as stores clear seasonal stock. Right now only Walmart lists it new at $531, so watch that listing for markdowns rather than expecting a store-to-store price war.
Where is the Sunmthink 8-Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Set with Fire Pit and Waterproof Cover cheapest?
