Our take on the Sunny Heat Electric Heated Blanket Flannel with 4 Heating Settings

The Sunny Heat Electric Heated Blanket is a 62 by 84 inch flannel throw in polyester with four heat settings, auto-off and overheat protection, and ETL certification. At 5 lb it is light enough to move between the couch and the bed. The best new price is $53.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no cheaper alternative to compare against right now.

Questions and answers

Is the Sunny Heat heated blanket worth it at $53.99?
At $53.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get a large heated throw with auto-off and ETL certification. With a 3.6 rating, check the return policy before buying.
How big is it and will it fit a queen bed?
It measures 62 by 84 inches, which covers the top of a queen bed with some overhang. It is sized more like a throw than a full bedspread.
Does it turn off on its own?
Yes. It has an auto-off feature plus overheat protection, so it shuts down if it gets too hot or is left running.
Can I wash it in a machine?
The polyester flannel can be washed, but detach the controller and cord first and follow the care label. Air drying or a low tumble is safer for the heating wires.
How many heat settings does it have?
Four. There are no separate zones, so both sides of the blanket run at the same setting.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, so discounts are unlikely outside seasonal sales. Watch for fall and holiday markdowns on heated bedding.
Where is the Sunny Heat Electric Heated Blanket Flannel with 4 Heating Settings cheapest?
At Walmart, for $53.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Sunny Heat Electric Heated Blanket Flannel with 4 Heating Settings?
Rated 3.6 out of 5 from 1,200 ratings.
