Our take on the Superior Egyptian Cotton 6-Piece Towel Set

A six-piece towel set made from Egyptian cotton, split across washcloths, hand towels and fingertip towels. At $60.67 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of what it has cost across the six stores that carry it new.

Questions and answers

Does this set include a bath towel?
No. The six pieces are washcloths, hand towels and fingertip towels, so you would need to buy bath towels separately.
Is $60.67 a good price for this set?
It is the best new price among the six stores that carry it, as of November 5, 2026, and sits near the low end of its recent range.
How should I wash Egyptian cotton towels?
Machine wash warm with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener, which coats the fibers and reduces absorbency.
Will the towels shrink?
Cotton towels can shrink slightly on the first wash. Washing in warm rather than hot water limits it.
Is Egyptian cotton worth it over regular cotton?
Egyptian cotton has longer fibers, so it tends to feel softer and pill less. At this price the difference is modest but real.
How many washcloths come in the set?
The six pieces are divided among washcloths, hand towels and fingertip towels; check the piece count per size before ordering if you need a specific number.
