Our take on the Suxiangvac Portable Carpet and Upholstery Spot Cleaner 30Kpa

The Suxiangvac Portable Carpet and Upholstery Spot Cleaner is a small canister shampooer for stains on carpets, sofas, car seats and mattresses. Its headline claim is 30 kPa of suction, high for a handheld spot unit, and it sprays cleaning solution and then extracts it. It is a niche, lightly reviewed brand, so expect a basic spray-and-extract tool rather than a full carpet washer.

Questions and answers

Is 30 kPa suction enough for carpet stains?
Yes for spot cleaning. 30 kPa is strong for a portable unit and handles fresh spills and pet accidents, but it will not deep-clean a whole room like a full-size carpet washer.
What can I clean with it?
Upholstery, carpet spots, car seats, floor mats and mattresses. It is a spot cleaner, so treat small areas rather than whole rooms.
How big is the tank?
The listing does not state tank capacity. Expect a small tank typical of handheld spot cleaners, so plan on refilling during larger jobs.
Does it heat the water or dry the carpet?
No. It sprays cleaning solution and extracts it; there is no heater or heated drying, so surfaces stay damp briefly after use.
Is it worth it over a full-size carpet cleaner?
If you only need spot cleaning on upholstery and car interiors, a compact unit like this is cheaper and easier to store. For whole-room carpet cleaning, a full-size shampooer is the better buy.
When is the price lowest?
Small-brand spot cleaners like this tend to dip during seasonal sales and clearance events. Check the price history on this page before buying.
