Is the Sweetcrispy 6QT big enough for a family?

Yes. The 6.34-quart square basket fits about 5 to 6 pounds of food, enough for four to six servings of fries or a whole 4-pound chicken.

Does the window actually help?

It lets you check browning without opening the basket, which keeps heat in and shortens cooking. Expect some condensation on the glass during the first few minutes.

The basket and crisper plate are non-stick and dishwasher safe. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and let all parts dry fully before reassembling.

Is $55.99 a good price?

Yes. That is $55.99 at Lowe's as of November 6, 2026, and it is low for a 6-quart air fryer with a window. Four stores list it new, so compare before buying.

What comes in the box?

The fryer unit, a removable non-stick crisper plate and a manual. No accessories like skewers or a baking pan are included.

Does it need much counter space?

It measures about 12.9 inches wide, 10.5 inches deep and 13.6 inches tall, so leave headroom above it for the vent.
